SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Ali-Hti, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Times We are proud to offer FREE Tracked Shipping on all orders. Our current delivery estimates are:

• USA & UK: 7–12 business days.

• Europe: 7–14 business days.

• Rest of the World: 10–18 business days.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Ali-Hti is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delayed or Lost Packages While most of our packages arrive on time, occasionally delays can occur due to customs processing or extreme weather. If your package is significantly delayed or you believe it is lost, please contact us at alihti.support@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.
